We seek an energetic, ambitious and entrepreneurial individual to fill the role of Insurance Brokerage Manager. The manager who doubles up as the principal officer must be capable of overseeing operations and developing a formidable Insurance Brokerage business at our head office and across our four branches.
o Provide overall leadership of the broking team that comprises sales, operations and accounts staff.
o Preparation and implementation of the business plan.
o Provide effective training and mentorship to staff.
o Aggressively drive direct selling activities and ensure revenue targets are met.
o Develop a high-performance culture with high standards of customer service.
o Ensure compliance with external and internal requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
o A University degree in business or related course.
o A minimum of an IIK or CII Diploma qualification or equivalent.
o At least 4 years' sales experience preferably in an insurance intermediary firm.
o Proven track record of excellence in achieving insurance sales targets.

o Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of integrity.
o Planning and organization skills with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
o Excellent presentation, negotiation and networking skills.
o Ability to understand financial reports and deliver timely management reports.
Remuneration will be partly fixed and partly performance-driven.
