A construction and development company is looking for a IT Business Analyst who has both IT and Business knowledge to assist the company.

Job Description



  •  Assist all departments in creating IT solutions for any business problems
  •  Creating and developing new programs and applications if needed
  •  Ability to troubleshoot by finding any risks and eliminating risks
  •  Able to ensure security and privacy of company information
  • Assisting all departments in any IT support issues such as hardware or software problems
  • Staying ahead and regularly updating the company’s social media networks such as the website, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Analyze, facilitate, and organize all information to create business and IT solutions.
  • Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing company’s processes
  •  Overviewing and administrating any IT systems that are currently at the organization and any future systems.



  •  Assisting the HR, Marketing, Accounting, and Administration department in any areas where your skills are needed.
  • Assist in change management activities
  • Researching methods to improve the current marketing practices
  • Researching creative and innovative methods to improve the company’s image.


  • Knowledge in CRM, ERP, PSA
  • Understanding of main business functions (HR, Marketing, Accounting and Administration)
  • Understanding of Information Technology software
  • Bachelors Degree in BIT, MIS, MIT, IT with Business
  • 3 Years minimum experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
