  1. Consultancy or a Manufacturing Set Up [not bank or IT company] or a Learning Institute
  2. Excellent written and spoken communication [examples of written work will be requested for] 
  3. Min. Exp.: 5 – 8 years [at a Supervisory / Management Level]

Qualification 
  • MBA in HR [with a focus on Learning & Development]
OR
  • M.Ed in English
Required Skill Set (In case of IT requirements)
BASIC Skill Set Required
  • MS. Office (specifically Excel & Power Point)
Relevant Industry
  • Human Resource / Training Department
Job Description / Responsibilities
  1. Design, deliver and evaluate learning and development interventions [soft skills and leadership]
  2. Build in-house trainers
  3. Work with internal and external resources to ensure effective implementation of training
  4. Design and deliver engagement interventions
  5. Work with HR Managers to implement host of engagement interventions, including – but not limited to – Reward and Recognition Events, participation in May Day and Annual Retreat
  6. Spearhead the HR newsletter
  7. Spearhead the social media website
  8. Spearhead preparation and execution in participation of Awards
