Job Description

  • Familiarize and continuously monitor legal and regulatory changes that affect gaming industry
  • Advising on legal and regulatory requirements of the gaming industry, other relevant industry as may be determined by management.
  • Drafting of policies and rules and regulations that guide different legal jurisdictions
  • Reviewing of reports on mergers and acquisitions and set-ups
  • Provide legal support to ensure business’ policies towards achieving growth through mergers, acquisitions and divestitures
  • Should be ready to handle portfolio client management
  • Analyzes possible impact of mergers and acquisition on the businesses
  • Legal Service Costing
  • Handle mergers and acquisition transaction
  • Identifies potential risks and creates corresponding solutions
  • Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional areas of responsibility
  • Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations of non-compliance businesses
  • Providing guidance to the legal team
  • Overseeing all legal compliance and oversight
  • Handling clients complaints and disputes
  • Reviewing all legal communications
  • Legal representation
  • Give accurate and timely counsel to Directors in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)
  • Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies
  • Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance
  • Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
  • Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues
  • Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust
  • Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents for the company and clients.
  • Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces
  • Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization
  • Maintain current knowledge of alterations in relevant legislation
