- Draft job roles & descriptions, Job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, drafting job offers/contracts
- Salary & other Negotiations
- Employee Referrals checks and due diligence
- Onboarding formalities, Induction, Pre-joining & post-joining formalities
- Bringing in various policies and procedures in place for smooth functioning.
- Interacting with employees on a regular basis and solving their issues and grievances.
- Regularly communicating company policies and guidelines to existing employees
- Planning, Budgeting and Conducting monthly team building activities
HR Planning and Management
- Designing and building the HR Plans and Strategies
- Ensuring Healthy Pipeline of Talent Across Verticals & Regions
- Designing and Recommending HR Budgets to the Management
- Working on employer brand of Wee Media
Admin & Vendor Management
- Attendance & Leave Management
- Assisting the management in Payroll Processing
- Maintaining Database of working & non-working employees
- Ensuring smooth day to day operations of the office
- Responsible to manage and maintain vendors including office supplies, product vendors
HR Process Management
- Assessing and ensuring performance, behaviour and ethical standards are met by employees.
- Arrange termination proceedings, while ensuring all regional & ethical guidelines are met
- Taking care of Exit formalities; processing experience/service certificate, relieving letter, etc.
