- To ensure upward uptake of market share of key products /services of the company.
- To manage relationships with third party agencies to ensure services are marketed effectively in all regions.
- To monitor product/service lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- To conduct market research and new market development and identify market requirements for current and future products.
- Provide a clear bonus structure for all referral business
- Enhance reputation management on company website and social media pages for good reviews and testimonials about company services.
- To carry out direct marketing campaigns via online ads, social media, blogs and local business sites.
- To execute annual marketing plan in conjunction with business strategy.
- To ensure marketing activities are delivered within budget.
- To carry out the execution and implementation of a company-wide plan to push service.
- To develop service dashboard against its lifecycle, competitor positioning and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Generating new business through systematic visiting of potential customers to prospect for business.
- Handling customer issues and complaints pertaining to services offered
- Obtaining timely, relevant market intelligence feedback useful for improvement of services e.g through delight form
- Preparing regular marketing activity and performance reports as required.
- Build rapport and engage with real estate developers and caretakers for leads in target locations.
- Generate a referral system through networking and forming strong customer relations.
Knowledge; Skills and Experience required for this Role
- At least 2 years experience in the service industry
- Bachelor of Arts – Marketing, commerce, CIM Diploma qualification.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
- Excellent communication skills.
