Job Description

  1. To formulate brand plan and propose various Marketing strategies in accordance to corporate policy for hospital brand.
  2. Develop and implement Public Relations Strategies to position the Hospital as the health care supplier of choice in the region.
  3. Oversee the development of marketing literature, both electronic and paper based.
  4. Plan and execute events (public awareness campaigns, media and publicity campaigns, staff annual function and social responsibility projects) in coordination with the Marketing the Hospital management.
  5. Develop and execute business plans.
  6. To carry out Research activity related to marketing plan evolved.
  7. Develop and/or market new services of the Hospital.
  8. Focus on identifying new business opportunities that fit the strategic direction of the Hospital, and maximizing the outcomes of those opportunities.
  9. Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and ensure that any directly relevant information is communicated to key stakeholders.
  10. To do regular fieldwork to understand and develop sound marketing plan.
  11. Monthly detailed report of the activity should be submitted to the management.
  12. Develop relationships with businesses and community groups to promote the Hospital and Hospital Services.
  13. Develop, draft and distribute media releases/advertisements that meet the marketing strategy of the Hospital and that comply with set policy guidelines.
  14. Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and associated documentation.


Requirements

  • A Degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification as a minimum requirement.
  • 3 years relevant experience in a hospital or similar environment.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and persuasiveness whilst maintaining a professional approach.
  • Proven ability to use own initiative, and be able to act decisively on own authority when required.
