Reporting into: CEO / HOV

Direct Reports: Designer, Push Specialist, Performance Specialist, Community Marketer

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Organizational:

  • Manage team to ensure omnichannel marketing campaign execution
  • Communicate with colleagues and share insights on Slack
  • Utilise Trello to manage & update task status
  • Weekly strategic call with Head of Vertical Sales & CEOl
  • Weekly ongoing tasks meetings with CEO 

Reporting:

  • Weekly channel reports:
  • Email Health
  • CPC performance
  • Blog stats
  • Social media 

Functional:

  • Own & drive all marketing OKR items for the business
  • Project manage all assigned campaigns and activities including reporting in line with ROAM structures and standards
  • Network to build partnerships with local professional bodies, private companies, governments, media outlets, press, blogs and influencers
  • Effectively execute media buying activities with allocated budget
  • Organising events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours
  • Sourcing and managing speaking and sponsorship opportunities
  • Write, have approved on time and record results in campaign, partnership and event briefs
  • Work with the Business CEOs to manage marketing budgets and ensure that campaigns for events and partnerships are aligned with brand strategy and produce impact on core KPIs for brand
  • Ideation of omnichannel campaigns
  • Build relationship with valuable partners on ground
  • Build relationship with in-house sales team and other key stakeholders
  • Own brand voice for the business
  • Coordinate weekly topics within community marketer
  • Ensure adherence visual guidelines across all channels

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing position.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration (or) relevant work experience.
  • Experience in strategy development and implementation
  • Deep knowledge of Google Analytics with deep dive into traffic sources and conversions to identify problems and adapt Strategy
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Up to date knowledge of marketing best practice.
  • Hands on experience and in-depth knowledge with multiple marketing channels; at least 2-3 of the following:
  • SEM
  • Social Media
  • Content / Blogs
  • SEO
  • Email / CRM
  • Outdoor / Events / PR
  • Radio / TV / Print
  • Highly motivated and results driven individual
