Who We Are Looking For! 

The major expected outcomes will be to generate leads and convert leads for sustained business on a daily basis.  In support of this, the lead generator will be educating the international and local communities about existing and future programmes, increase new markets, and affirm the statistical truth that IIHT is the Number One Leader in Hands-On Tech Training Institute in the whole of Asia, and that now in Kenya, our people will gain access to this high level competitive advantage for global jobs and positioning. A major role for the Lead Generator will be to sustain a profitable business.  This will be done by ensuring increased enrollments, and marketing to new and existing audiences.  Expanding the brand coverage locally and internationally will be key.


Job Roles 

Business Development:

  1. Expanding beyond Scope IIHT /IPSCOD outreach to new enterprises
  2. Strategising and planning outreach to International and local markets                                 
  3. Organizing and coordinating outreach events to new markets
  4. Increase business partnerships to local and international markets,
  5. Build brand awareness to potential markets at the engagement level
  6. Develop a seamless dataset follow up strategy and actualization plan 

Business Strategizing and Planning

  1. Develop and actualize a strategy for outreach and extension for leads generation
  2. Develop a plan for events, and an actualization plan backed by an events calendar 


  1. Align the market engagement points with the digital marketer points of touch
  2. Align activities with the digital marketer to ensure proper online coverage of the continuous happenings
  3. Actualize the calendar of events with a well-coordinated community communication online
  4. Align digital and offline activities for increased online, and in-house traffic 


  1. Develop timely budges grounded on the Outreach & Extension and Events plans
  2. Frequent reconciliation of budget and Execution plans in partnership with the finance office
  3. Weekly reports of finance to the finance office


A Successful Candidate will have the following:

  • 3 + years of experience in marketing, events organizing, and outreach
  • A proficient Project manager (training in Project Management a plus, but not required)
  • A well skilled person in Excel
  • Excellent skills in strategy, planning and execution processes
  • A good understanding of the Kenyan, and African Market
  • Demonstrates excellence in achieving outcomes, self-driven attributes, and one who thinks outside the boxed office plan
  • A Thinker:  Demonstrated ability to think and expand beyond the slate of tasks handed to you by the employer
  • A strong eyed person with a zeal for data monitoring, analyzing and drawing results to lead marketing engagements
  • A proficient team leader who can manage, develop, and train junior team members
