Job Description

SALARY: 60K - 90K


Responsibility:

  1. Formulate and execute strategies on sales and distribution organisation, infrastructure, logistics, promotions and budget to achieve business growth and development objectives
  2. Train, monitor, supervise and develop S&D organisation, promotional agencies and channel members into effective, efficient, energetic, cohesive and stable teams
  3. Plan, execute and supervise new product launches and business promotional activities
  4. Develop and enhance organisational culture, values, market relationship and reputation
  5. On a monthly basis consolidate the budgets for following month/s and send to Head Office for planning purposes.
  6. Work with FSE/KAE & ASM to deliver on targets of volume, collection, availability and visibility


Qualifications:

  • Degree Holder MBA (Preferred)
  • Must have extensive knowledge of /Modern Trade Business & Customers in Kenya
  • 4-6 years’ work experience in a FMCG company
  • 1-2 years as team leader 


Skills:

  • Excellent communication skill in English & Swahili
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Well conversant with MS-Office & other internet tools
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook. 
  • Sales and goals-oriented personality
