Job Description

Candidate Skills ,abilities and experience requirements 

  • Current registration with a nursing body in their native country
  • Practised as a nurse for a minimum of 6 months
  • Evidence of practical nursing experience within the last 2-3 years from application completion date
  • Adult nursing experience only (no neonatal or midwife experience accepted on the HEE program)
  • Each candidate has to  provide education, nursing qualifications, passport, birth certificate, IELTS or OET qualification
  • Evidence if they have worked outside their native country – (nursing registration)


Recruitment Process 

  1. CV & IELTS or OET qualification received via Plan Manpower Ltd – home address, email address, contact number and skype address needed
  2. IELTS – Listening 7, Speaking 7, Speaking 7, Writing 6.5
  3. OET all grade B’s
  4. Review CV
  5. Skype induction call arranged with candidate to discuss the whole process – Q&A
  6. Employer review and approve CV
  7. Interview arranged for candidate within 1 week of application being submitted
  8. Mock interview and mock interview questions provided by Plan manpower Ltd
  9. Candidate is provided with an official offer letter via the recruiting hospital
  10. Support via skype or texts always available to all candidates
  11. UK representative will provide NMC CBT training online once the candidate has successfully passed their interview
  12. Candidate support given when NMC upload commences
  13. Tier 2 certificate of sponsorship provided by recruiting hospital
  14. VISA application / POEA payments arranged by Plan manpower Limited
  15. Flight to the UK arranged via Plan Manpower Ltd and UK NHS Hospital

Support to candidates 

  • Individual welcome skype call and application form assistance provided
  • Mock interview NHS standard provided to each candidate
  • The employer has the ability to secure UK NHS Hospital interviews within 1 week of application form being submitted
  • We do not ask any candidate to sign an agreement or contract
  • We do not ask for any fee’s from any candidates who are represented by us
  • Each successful candidate at interview with a UK NHS Hospital will receive an official offer letter via the recruiting Hospital.
  • Employer will provide online support for NMC CBT exam.
  • UK NHS Hospital will provide successful candidates with a Tier 2 visa sponsor for 3 years
  • Employer will process and pay for visa fees for each candidate
  • Flights to the UK organised and arranged for the candidate – UK Hospital pays



Once candidates have passed OSCE the starting salary is £24,214 - £30,000.
