Job Description

Office Location: Vision Plaza, Mombasa Road


What is expected of them?

  1. A know how of preparing of tendering procedure documentation,
  2. Arranging delivery of goods, tenders documents when necessary
  3. Staff services, prepare Salaries, Expense claims, paying NSSF, PAYE, NHIF.
  4. Supporting the MD with communication, diary management, bookings and any other work required for the business.
  5. Reporting to Company Directors, Weekly & monthly financial reports, among others.
  6. Office Management, running a tidy & disciplined office, renewing licenses & Permits.
  7. Ability to monitor the 10- staff production Escalate matters to management in a timely manner
  8. Ability to handle pressure, Strong Customer Service Orientation
  9. Basic Knowledge of ICT Equipment and Services
  10. Good planning and organised skills, has integrity and is trustworthy.

 

Must know -Knowledge:

  • Use of Windows 10pro, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Internet,
  • Ability to Search, and
  • Proactive
  • Availability for travel: Yes
