Qualifications/Requirements:

Certificate or Diploma in Secretarial studies, office management or other related field.
Computer literacy.

Experience:

At least 5 years working experience as a Secretary or Office Administrator in a busy private doctor's clinic.

Those with medical clinic software management system skills will have an added advantage.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Doctor in-charge of the clinic, Office Administrator will perform the following duties:-
  • Handle both office reception duties as other secretarial duties.
  • Making client appointment and bookings as guided by the Doctor.
  • Handle basic office bookkeeping e.g. acting as the office cashier, making daily and monthly invoices to individuals and corporate clients.
  • Taking minutes of office meetings.
  • Liaise with various hospital departments, booking theater and hospital meetings among other business contacts.
  • Conduct procurement of day to day office and staff supplies as directed by the Doctors.
  • Maintain high standards of office and clinic cleanliness, sterilizing equipment, as well as caring for and maintaining other equipment in serviceable order.Conduct any other duties as called upon from time to time.

Salary: Kshs. 45,000 - 55,000 plus other Company benefits
