Job Description

Office Supervisor and Training Coordinator Position.

  1.  Minimum of 4 (four) years experience in Capacity Development.
  2.  Relevant Degree or Diploma qualification in Education, Business or related field from a recognized institution.
  3. Hands on experience in training and building capacity.
  4. Experience in vocational training is an added advantage.

  5. Creative and artistic teaching abilities constantly keeping abreast with latest trends.

  6. Excellent communication skills and leadership skills.
  7. Ability to take initiative and manage a variety of activities concurrently.
  8. Light Marketing Duties.
  9. Proven track record of successes
  10. Oversee the operations of the office
  11. Oversee the Training Department
  12. Ensure set goals for the School are met.
