- Identify the optimal local brand position and strategically position your operations and marketing towards it;
- Regularly monitor and analyse competitor activity, in order to reposition the business strategically.
- Come up with a strategy of retaining existing/repeat customers.
- Escalate customer queries and problems to customer care.
- Able to seek for online advertising companies for partnerships
- Establish a local vision for future app development and ensures it is cascaded through performance management and development processes
- A frequent App user and fast learner with a good understanding of various online products in market; able to make practical product analysis.
- Familiar with social networks and have a good understanding of the rules and how they work. Able to promote regularly on social media networks.
- Bachelor’s degree with least two years’ work experience in marketing/ social media marketing with a good knowledge of mobile online business.
- Able to work under pressure and perform well under tight KPI requirements, able to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent computer skills
- Diligent and aggressive, a quick learner with an excellent working attitude and teamwork spirit.
Salary Range: Ksh 30,000-80,000
