A young, dynamic and successful outdoor advertising company is looking to fill an administrative and operational role.

Job Description

The right candidate will have a ‘can-do attitude’, is able to coordinate multiple people whilst prioritising tasks as well as being a good communicator with a personable personality

 

Role

  1. General client services including client liaison, compiling and sending out contracts as well post-execution feedback and follow-ups
  2. Liaise with site landlords on all contractual requirements
  3. Coordinate all insurance claims and requirements
  4. Coordinate and monitor sales team activities to ensure client tasks are scheduled in on daily and weekly basis according to priority
  5. Coordinate other departments including workshop and finance to ensure client requirements are met on a timely basis
  6. General office operational oversight including HOD briefings and activity management

 

Requirements

  • Prior experience within an operational role essential
  • Prior experience within a sales role ideal
  • Minimum of 3-4 years experience
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Ability to communicate with heads of departments and work effectively as a team player
  • Independent and initiative driven with a solution-oriented mind set
  • Impeccable organisation skills
