A bit about the role:
The Procurement & Logistics Associate supports the Lynk Operations function to be efficient and effective. S/he supports day-to-day procurements, sourcing suppliers and soliciting quotes. S/he also manages day-to-day movements of the Lynk vehicle, and inventory management.

You’ll be responsible for:
Processing of purchase requisitions; receiving PRs, reviewing PRs for completeness and PR processing.
Process documentation for procurement; raise RFQs Compare quotation responses and negotiate with suppliers.
Prepare and issue out purchase orders
Keep track of open orders for supplier follow ups.
Expedite on delayed orders and follow up on scheduled deliveries.
Verification of invoices against purchase orders for accurate billing
Manage relationships with suppliers; report on performance of suppliers
Communication with other teams to update on the status of their Purchase Requisitions.
Ensure that all procurement activities are conducted as per Lynk policies and procedures.
Maintain and monitor the use of office equipment such as office printer.
Update inventory records for received purchases
Receive and process vehicle requests
Coordinate vehicle movement
Oversee vehicle logs and maintenance tasks
Perform any other assigned duties.
Bachelors degree in Purchasing and Supplies Management or any other related business course
At least 2 years of experience in purchasing and inventory management( previous work in a construction environment would be an added advantage)
Proficiency with MS Office and other
Demonstrated capacity to multitask, pay attention to detail, prioritize, and work under pressure
Excellent organization and communication skills
