Job Description

  1. Plan & coordinate construction activities on daily basis
  2. Monitor & control expenses within the established budgets
  3. Recommend cost reduction initiatives while maintaining the quality & productivity
  4. Analyze construction problems & develop immediate resolutions
  5. Respond to customer inquiries & concerns promptly
  6. Generate construction & expenses reports
  7. Attend educational workshop, training & conference for professional growth
  8. Work with technical manager to develop SOPs, project plan, quality assurance plan & healthy & safety plan
  9. Coordinate with consultants, architects & other stake holders, and take and share minutesĀ 
  10. Provide technical assistant & training to staff member where required
  11. Monitor & guide compliance with buildings & safety regulations
