Duties and Responsibilities
The job holder’s duties and responsibilities are outlined as follows:
a) Carrying out initial scouting on potential sites/ buildings to assess whether construction plans and property sale is achievable
b) Negotiating deals connected with buying, selling and renting property
c) Acting as an agent, buying and selling property and land on behalf of clients
d) Valuing land and property
e) Compiling reports for purposes such as valuation for mortgages, rent reviews and investment potential
f) Advising on property values, land purchase, tenure issues and related legislation.
g) Any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

The Job holder must possess:
a) Training in Land Economics/Property management/Project management/construction management.
b) Member of a professional organisation/association.
c) 2 Years’ experience
d) A valid driving License
