Job Description

Position Reports to: Unit Manager (Property Origination)

Duties and Responsibility
  1. Represent the company at the designated sites.
  2. Source New business for the company.
  3. Sale and rent properties the company property listings.
  4. Submit monthly reports to management.
  5. Market the company products to potential clients.
  6. Carry out sales, sourcing and rental activities.
  7. Ensure there is enough property in the company’s portfolio.
  8. Meet various landlord’s/property owners and developers on behalf of the company in order to obtain their property for development, management and sale by the company.
  9. Sell and rent properties in the company property listings.
  10. Market the property to clients for rental in order to ensure that all properties are occupied.
  11. Prepare marketing presentations for pitching purposes.
  12. Handle client’s inquiries promptly and report any concerns that may need further attention.
  13. Push for sales/letting of property within the company portfolio.
  14. Any other duties as may be assigned by Management
