We are looking to recruit young, industrious and entrepreneurial trainees with a passion for the retail industry.

  • Experience Length: Less than 1 year

Job Description


  1. A minimum high school average grade of C+ or its equivalent.

  2. At least a college diploma.

  3. Training and/or experience in ICT products.

  4. Proficiency in oral and written english.

  5. Must be a proficient computer and internet user.

  6. Must be willing to work six days a week. (Monday – Saturday)

  7. Training and/or experience in finance and commercial awareness of the retail industry will be an added advantage.


  1. Strong communication skills both oral and written.

  2. A positive can-do attitude and a passion for the field of interest.

  3. Must be exceptionally self-disciplined and have a very strong work ethic.

  4. Strong problem-solving skills, with a bias to a sense of urgency.

  5. Proactive, entrepreneurial and ability to sacrifice to deliver excellent results.

  6. Personal qualities of integrity, initiative, and commitment to the company’s principles.  


  1. Short listing will be on ‘first-come’ basis.

  2. The company will make permanent positions offers to successful candidates who’ll perform well  during the training period.
