1. Systematic liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including current clients, prospective customers, prospective institutions, and organizations for Leads generation.
2. Systematic delivery of Needs Analysis Presentation to create and open Business Opportunities.
3. Systematic analysis, evaluation, and reporting on needs for prospective Customers after Needs Analysis Presentation, to allow Solutions presentation and winning of Business Opportunities.
4. Maintaining and managing customers and clients databases in the Business Management system.
5. Carrying out specific market research and customer surveys to monitor and assess demand, new markets, competitors’ activity, brand positioning, and awareness, and presenting marketing ideas and findings to the company management.
6. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
7. Identify potential clients through prospecting, telemarketing, sales database management, and also networking
8. Solicit new customers to the company through various out-reach sales activities .Call on potential clients by phone plus in person to present company products services
9. Record sales activity as well as results and complete weekly activity reports.
10. Assist in the conversion process for new clients including submission of complete paperwork for new clients.
11. Demonstrate a strong work ethic by regular attendance and Maintenance of ethical business practices
12. Comply with an established operational workflow & procedures to deliver quality customer service
The successful jobholder will be required to possess the following qualifications:-
1. Diploma, Associate, Graduate Degree in real estate or business related course.
2. Experience in business development will be an added advantage.
3. Strong business acumen with strong analytical and presentation skills.
4. Excellent planning and organization skills.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to set and meet defined targets and strict deadlines.
6. Result driven with a track record of demonstrable networking, selling and influencing skills as well as the ability to identify new sales opportunities.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build long term and trusted relationship
