Job Description

Reports To: Group Commercial  Manager

Main Responsibilities 

  1. organizing sales visits and activations
  2. demonstrating/presenting products
  3. establishing new business opportunities 
  4. Dealing with the sales cycle end to end 
  5. Maintaining   accurate client document/data management and retrieval system.
  6. Take part in events to market the products such as seminars, trade fairs/shows and exhibitions,
  7. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
  8. Develop and maintain a customer database.
  9. reviewing  and reporting on sales performance
  10. Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
  11. Any other duty relating to Kisima Real Estate


Key Deliverables of this position

  1. Engaging target contacts with compelling and sustained value messaging that drives product uptake   
  2. Tangible sales numbers
  3. maintaining competitive strength to ensure KREL differentiators 
  4. Deliver accurate and timely reports and presentations.


Job Specifications

  • Relevant Experience and Academic Qualifications
  • University Graduate from a recognized University 
  • Over 2  years of sales experience preferably in real estate
