Job Description

Our client in the real estate sector is looking to fill the position of a receptionist at their HQ. 

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Diary management and management of meeting rooms
  • Possibly handling event coordination, both internally and externally
  • Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
  • Welcoming all visitors accordingly
  • Transferring calls as necessary
  • Possibly managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment and furniture
  • Performing ad-hoc administration duties
  • Maintaining office services as required (such as cleaners and maintenance companies)
  • Receiving and dispatching deliveries
  • Assisting with mail as required
  • Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis

Education and Experience

  • Bilingual (English and French) a MUST.
  • Diploma in Business Administration
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Keyboard skills
  • Ability to work on and with a switchboard
