We are a Design, Print & Branding company interested in finding Receptionist/Admin Assistant.

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

1.Receiving Calls 

2. Follow-up on all enquiries

3.Handle Emails, Quotation, Invoices

4.Handle customers & Counter Sales

5.Assist in resolving any administrative problems

6.Maintain the general filing system

7.Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies

8. Any other general reception duties that may be assigned

   Skills/Qualifications

1.Computer literate proficiency in quick books is an added advantage

2.A minimum qualification diploma

3.At least 2 years working experience

4.Ability to work with minimum supervision, problem-solving skills, flexible and cope with pressure

5.High level of integrity and honesty

6.Very neat/ well-groomed and presentable

7.Proficient in English (Oral and written)

8.Good organization and multi-tasking abilities
