Reports To : Managing Director
1. Work with the director to fill in vacancies as and when they arise.
2 Developing and refining job descriptions, this involves understanding Job specifications of each role and drafting the Job specifications and skills required.
3 Crafting job adverts and getting job advertised to attract CVS from suitable candidates.
4 To maintain Files and records of CVs
4. Managing the interview process and communicating with the candidates on the outcome and doing reference checks
5. To be able to assess the soft skills of a person.
6. Induction of successful candidates
7 To train and imbibe our Organisations culture to the recruits.
8 Identifying training and development needs within the organization through job analysis and appraisal scheme.
9 Produce training programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization.
10 Amending and revising programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
11 Evaluating training and development programmes that fit both individuals and departmental needs.
SKILLS AND QUALITIES REQUIRED:
1 Must Possess a Degree in Human Resources, Business Studies, Arts or related Field
2 Possess excellent customer service skills , ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management and the employees. Ability to exercise sound judgement.
3 Be able to understand and adopt the Organisations culture and transfer the culture.
4 Ability to work in a team environment.
5 Strong Organisational skills and possess a take-charge attitude. Self motivated.
6 Detail oriented and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
7 Must have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
