Job Description

Location: Nairobi, Kenya 
Remuneration: 1800 USD

He/She will be Responsible for:-
Business Development:
  1. identifying new Business Opportunities
  2. Getting new orders
  3. Participation in Tenders
  4. Overall Growth of Company and revenue in the region
Managing Region’s Business:
  1. Managing Partners
  2. Implementing Solutions
  3. Managing the Regional Training Operations
  4. Coordinating with all stakeholder
Telecom Specific:
  1. Managing the Regional Training Operations
  2. Coordinating with all stakeholder
  3. Identify training need using various tools and work with the Team Champion/Trainers
  4. Create an appropriate solution to achieve the output KPI by implementing the solution across verticals 
  5. Measure the Impact of it on a regular basis
  6. Monthly Reviews with Telco Stakeholders/ Management 
  7. Complete ownership of the business deliverables, collections and Trainers’ capacity utilization 

REQUIREMENT SPECIFICATIONS
AGE GROUP: 30-40
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
  • Minimum Graduate/Bachelor Degree
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
  • Done work in B2B with Telecom or FMCG, Have looked after new business acquisition and was in Client facing role
MANDATORY EXPERIENCE 
  • B2B experience at Country level, Creation of Technical/ Financial Proposals Tenders
