Job Description

Established in 2014, we operate and manage operations countrywide with a regional focus. Manufacturing of our gases takes place in Eldoret Town in the western part of Kenya. We deal with more than 5,000 customers product drop offs per month, with a transport fleet covering the whole country.

We are focused on constant technological improvements and we embrace research to ensure efficiency, safety and timely service delivery.


REGIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE  (4 Posts)

Location: Rift Valley |  Nairobi | Central | Nyanza

Salary: Very Attractive


Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Generate leads.
  2. Meet or exceed sales goals.
  3. Manage existing clients and handling their complaints
  4. Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.
  5. Helping determine price schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
  6. Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  7. Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
  8. Understand and promote company products.
  9. Obtain deposits and balance of payment from clients.
  10. Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
  11. Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  12. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing daily, weekly and monthly on target achievement and market intelligence
  13. Maintain client records.
  14. Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability


MINIMUM SALES REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma in sales and marketing or any relevant field.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle pressure.
  • Experience in marketing of medical and industrial gases, gas accessories, baling twines, PVC flexible pipes and plastic ropes will be an added advantage.
  • Recommendation letter from a former employer.
  • At least 2 years driving the experience will be an added advantage
  • Certificate of Good Conduct.
