Job Description

Responsibilities:
  1. Completes work orders, accurately and on time
  2. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust
  3. Monitor & perform regular preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment according to preventative maintenance schedule (daily, weekly, monthly)
  4. Perform basic maintenance and repairs to facility such as painting, tile, basic plumbing etc.
  5. Installation of equipment and appliances as needed
  6. Must have a keen eye to identify issues and needed repairs needed in facility
  7. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas

Qualifications:
  • Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
  • Ability to perform variety of plumbing/electrical maintenance and carpentry functions
  • Ability to use hand power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain the diagnosis and solution
  • Ability to focus for extended periods of time and diagnose problems quickly

Requirements:
  • 2 years’ experience in the preventative maintenance
