Our client CIC Group Ltd is looking to hire Sacco assurance officers who will be charged with generating revenues through Sacco Assurance Partnerships targeting individual members (retail) and grow their market share.

Responsibilities

  • Engage by approaching or calling potential clients within the SACCO for new business
  • Interview prospective clients to get data about their financial resources and discuss existing coverage
  • Explain the features of various policies
  • Analyze clients’ current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes
  • Handle policy renewals
  • Maintain electronic and paper records of policies under them
  • Help policyholders settle claims
  • Daily production report to team leader
  • Adhere to laid down guidelines on conduct of business
  • Attend weekly meeting and scheduled training without fail

 Qualifications

  • Diploma in relevant field / relevant technical training certificate
  • Certificate of Proficiency (CoP) in Insurance is an added advantage
  • Up to one (1) year relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer care skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Computer literate in MS Office and other office applications
