Job Summary

Responsible for the day-to-day running of the Society operations including coordination of the Society activities to ensure optimum and efficient utilization of all Society assets and resources.

Job Description

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. University degree in Commerce, Economics or Business Administration from a recognized university. Possession of an MBA will be an added advantage.
  2. Professional qualifications   is an added advantage
  3. At least ten (10) years practical experience in a busy deposit taking Sacco or any other financial institution, 5 years of these being in a senior management position.
  4. Proficiency in Computer applications.
  5. Knowledge of the regulatory framework of the Co-operative Sector.
  6. Strategic management, leadership, good analytical and reporting skills, high integrity and honesty
  7. Age 39-50 years
  8. Knowledgeable with working experience of Navision ERP Software.
  9. Should have: clearance certificate from the Kenya Anti-corruption Commission, Tax Compliance Certificate from KRA, Certificate of Good Conduct, and Clearance Certificates from HELB
