Provide the sales team with an important link between themselves and the clients by processing related paperwork, arranging appointments, and generating leads.

Job Description

  1. Be responsible for dealing with invoices, chasing debtors, and monitoring the order process
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills to meet the needs of their employer.
  3. Excellent communication skills and be service-minded
  4. Processing a high volume of product orders.
  5. Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
  6. Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team.
  7. Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
  8. Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
  9. Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.
Requirements for the role
  • High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
  • Ability to prioritize own workload.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • An administrative or sales background.
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Secretarial skills will be an added advantage
