- To represent the company at trade fairs, and product awareness demonstrations.
- Execute field management best practices, including pre-call planning and a post-call review with each call.
- To arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- To negotiate terms of Agreement that will lead to closing of a sale.
- To ensure sales targets are met
- To attend team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues.
- Degree in Marketing
- At least 2 years experience as a marketer in the construction industry
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Possession of a driving license is an added advantage
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
