Job Description



Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
  2. Persists in sales even in the face of failure
  3. Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
  4. Answers questions from clients
  5. Makes product knowledge readily available to self and able to translate the same into sales through demonstration to the customers
  6. Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market
  7. Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
  8. Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them
  9. Analyses and creates a plan for engaging the target market
  10. Analyses the competition to create a plan for engagement
  11. Makes product appealing to the target market
  12. Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales targets



Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing with 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry specifically tours and travel
  • Superior Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Demonstrated Experience, Courteous, Basic Computer Literacy, Microsoft Office, Persistent, Flexible, Creativity
  • Call Centre experience a plus



Willing to relocate if not currently working in Coast.
