Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

·         Understand Customer/Project Requirements very well

·         Visit Builders/Architects/Civil Consultants/Architects Daily basis

·         Develop Sales Plan for the territory/business vertical

·         Give Presentations to Builders/Architects/Civil Consultants/Architects

·         Should able to prepare proposals and price quotations

·         Performing on-site sales demonstrations, making samples along with applicators and regular site visits of new, ongoing and anticipated clients.

·         Attend sales meetings with clients and contractors.

·         Handle customers’ complaints and enquiries and give them feedback appropriately.

·         Facilitate product training for Applicator/ contractors.

·         Monitor competitor activity in the market.

·         Distribute product data sheets, Brochures, Coated panels to Builders/Architects/Civil Consultants/Architects

·         Update client database and maintain the database

·         Conduct market mapping.

·         Relationship Building with Builders/Architects/Civil Consultants/Architects


Skills and Qualifications

·         Diploma in a business-related field

·         2-4 years’ experience in a similar capacity in building/construction materials sector

·         Prior experience selling building material, tiles / sanitary/ hardware

·         Demonstrated history of achieving sales targets

·         Minimum 2 years’ driver’s license preferred
