Qualifications/requirements:-

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales or any relevant field.
  • Thrives working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.

  • Available to work through the week with ownership of the business. 
  • Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills.


Experience:
3-5 years Previous Food product Sales experience. Experience in FMCG/Rice product is a PLUS.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:-
Sales Executive will handle sales activities of Rice and other related Cereals in general Retail outlets by performing the following duties:-
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s product and market pricing.

  • Work to Increase the sales of the company’s products in line with company’s pricing and risk policies along with monthly targets.

  • Target new customers and channels, for the products and ensure to get new business going with the targeted customers or channels.

  • Ensure customers are well informed on any company schemes, rewards programs or policies for customers.

  • Weekly reporting to the manager about work done, market information, information about competitor activities and sales achieved.

  • Assist with placement of new products, and ensure deliveries to customers are on time in coordination with the logistics team.
  • Work in coordination with on ground teams for any activation's, product promotions planned by the company.

  • Work with already existing distributor channels, to ensure the targeted sales performance is achieved through that particular distributor.

  • Manage the performance of Merchandisers to ensure the sales fulfillment of company’s strategy in key retail.



 

Expected Salary:-Kshs. 50,000 - 70,000 plus  company benefits
