Fresh from College or a few months to 1 year relevant working experience


Duties/Responsibilities:-
Sales Executive main role is to look for customers either to buy or supply the different products the company trades with by performing the following duties:-
  • Organizing sales visits.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • demonstrating and presenting products.
  • Establishing new business.
  • Maintaining accurate sales records.
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
  • Reviewing sales performance.
  • Negotiating contracts and packages.
  • Aiming to achieve weekly, monthly or annual targets.
  • Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench-marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.


Expected Salary:- Kshs. 15,000 - 20,000 plus commissions
