Job Description

Our client is a real estate company whose projects maximize rental yields and occupancy rates, guaranteeing a high return, to reduce payback period. We focus on low level income housing targeting investors and families due to mass market. We invest in strategic land locations on densely populated areas within a 20 km radius of major cities;

Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma/ Degree preferably in Business, Marketing. 
  • Over 2 Years’ Experience in sales and marketing preferably in real estate or insurance sector;
  • Excellent Business Development Skills: negotiation, communication and strong interpersonal skills;
  • Social media skills is a bonus


Responsibilities

  1. Marketing the company’s Products 
  2. Identifying new customers/clients and selling the companies projects units
  3. Maintain relationships with customers/clients by providing support, information, and guidance and recommending new products;
  4. Develop marketing plans to capture new customers/clients and maintain existing ones;
  5. Build good working relationships by contributing to team effort
  6. Follows up on end-to-end customer satisfaction
