We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, self-starters in financial sales to join our team in Nairobi.

They will deliver EGM Securities objectives of customer relationship building, maximizing opportunities to build long-term brand equity and value.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Engage in pre-sales by contacting prospects.
  • Driving profitable business to the group
  • Handling the complete sales process
  • Educating clients on the concept of margin trading, trading in different asset classes, comfort and
  • familiarity with the company MT4 trading platform
  • Ability to go the extra mile.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal;
  • Ability to convince and challenge. Proactivity, autonomy, self-starter attitude.
  • Ability to listen and excellent sense of service.
  • Flexibility, investment, constructive spirit.

Educational / Experience Requirements:

  • A strong educational background, minimum BA.
  • Graduate with preferably 1 – 2 years’ experience in the financial or insurance sector sales
  • Highly ambitious and passionate about financial markets
  • Flexibility/adaptability in a fast-moving, fast-changing environment
