Job Summary

We are looking for highly motivated, energetic, self-starters in financial sales to join our team in Nairobi. The role will deliver EGM Securities objectives of customer relationship building, maximizing opportunities to build long-term brand equity and value.

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Engage in pre-sales by contacting prospects.
  • Driving profitable business to the group
  • Handling the complete sales process
  • Educating clients on the concept of margin trading, trading in different asset classes, comfort and familiarity with the company MT4 trading platform

  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal;
  • Ability to convince and challenge.
  • Proactivity, autonomy, self-starter attitude.
  • Ability to listen and excellent sense of service.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile


Educational / Experience Requirements:

  • A strong educational background, minimum BA.
  • Graduate with preferably 1 – 2 years’ experience in sales
  • Highly ambitious and passionate about financial markets
  • Flexibility/adaptability in a fast-moving, fast-changing environment
