Job Description

We are 28 years old well-established manufacturing company based in Malaysia. Due to our 2017 expansion and growth in our organization structure, we seek suitably qualified candidates for the following positions.

POSITION: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Identify new sales prospects and grow existing customer accounts.
• Present action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
• Establish and maintain current customer and potential client relationship.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
• Feedback market info back to HQ office.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate team members and export manager.
• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
• Identify and resolve client concerns.
• Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.

Requirements:

• Possess relevant degree, and/or professional or related qualification
• Age between 28-35 years old
• At least 5 year’s working experience in sales.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Knowledge in export documentation and procedure will be added advantage
• Sound management and leaderships skills with good teamwork
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess strong self - motivation and results oriented
• The successful candidate is required to assist in managing existing customer accounts as well as developing new customers
• Willing to travel
• Able to work independently - self-driven and self-motivated
