Marketing and Sales Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a Related Field, Customer Service, Client Relationships, Interpersonal Communication, Marketing Strategies, Product Development, Creativity, Financial Strategy, Data Tracking, Written and Verbal Communication, Organization, Planning, Research and Analysis, People Management, Leadership


Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully creating an advertisement strategy to create awareness
  2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  3. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  4. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  5. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status
  6. conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  7. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  8. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  9. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  10. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  11. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  12. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  13. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  14. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  15. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  16. Any other duty that is assigned to you by the management
