Job Description

We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.


Expectations include:

  1. Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
  2. Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
  3. Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
  4. Providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost topline revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.


Responsibilities

  1. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  2. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  3. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  4. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, referrals and all other necessary means
  5. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  6. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  7. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  8. Analyze market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  9. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  10. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  11. Continuously improve through feedback


Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Business Related Diploma/BA degree or equivalent
