Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, the Sales Support Supervisor role will be
- To lead, train, motivate and drive the brand's Foot soldiers daily.
- Together with the Region’s Head of Distribution (HOD), plan, develop and implement daily/weekly/Monthly brand Foot Soldier plan.
- Support and work closely together with the HOD Beverage in all matters regarding the brand
- Drive and grow the brand within the region

Trade Marketing Manager

The Sales Support Supervisor is responsible within their region for:
- Foot soldier management & Optimization,
- Quality information and data from trade on Suntop
- Suntop Sales Volume and Distribution
- Foot soldier route management (In cooperation with the Beverage HOD)
- Visits per Foot soldier
- Strike rate
- Drop size
- Supporting the development of the channel marketing strategy in accordance with the Company business strategy.
The Region as allocated by the company, within Kenya.
- Priority #1 – Foot soldier Numerical distribution within region.
- Priority #2 – Foot Soldier Volume within region.
- Priority #3 – Company Sales Tools within region.
- Priority #4 - Suntop Market Execution
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
- Building constructive relationships with external partners.
- Understand and have worked in/with the Local beverage market
The successful candidate for the position will have obtained the following experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within FMCG sales.
- Have some supervision Experience
