Job Description

Qualifications and Skills

·         Diploma or degree in secretarial

·         Must be fluent in French both spoken and written

·         Prior work experience as a secretary in a busy organization

·         At least 3-4yaers of work experience



·         Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices

·         Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents

·         Coordinate project deliverables

·         Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking

·         Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company

·         Provide administrative support for operations team

·         Monitor the production staff

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Strong knowledge of Quick Books software

·         Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects

·         Customer-service oriented



Salary 40,000-80,000Ksh
