Job Description

The successful candidate will be carrying out the following duties:

  1. Handling enquiries
  2. Managing office administration activities
  3. Receive telephone calls, direct and relay telephone messages.
  4. Handling office visitors and directing them to relevant departments


  • Minimum working experience of 5 years
  • Must have relevant secretarial knowledge
  • Should have a certificate in computer packages
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently and with minimum supervision.
  • Must be a Kenyan citizen not less than 27 years old.
