The successful candidate will be carrying out the following duties:
- Handling enquiries
- Managing office administration activities
- Receive telephone calls, direct and relay telephone messages.
- Handling office visitors and directing them to relevant departments
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum working experience of 5 years
- Must have relevant secretarial knowledge
- Should have a certificate in computer packages
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure, independently and with minimum supervision.
- Must be a Kenyan citizen not less than 27 years old.
