- Creating and developing plans and strategies for development of the various products range.
- Leading category management projects to optimize ranges and related merchandising.
- Working alongside Sales teams to collect information and design strategies to boost performance.
- Managing a large portfolio of different retails brands and developing appropriate strategies for each.
- Assists in developing and executing promotional initiatives to profitably increase consumption within budgeted parameters.
- Running marketing campaigns /activation in various parts for the country.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field.
- At least 3 years in a similar role (Brand/Product marketing).
- Previous experience working with a PR/Marketing agency an added advantage
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- He/ She should possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
