Bachelor degree from a recognized University in Business, Marketing or related field;
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing & Sales Management.
Experience in FMCG companies is a must and experience in dairy company products is a definite advantage.
Senior Key Account Manager -HORECA & Corporate Sales will be incharge of all sales in HORECA, Schools, Corporate companies and other institutions by performing the following duties:-
Set and drive Sales Strategies for each category in the corporate Segment.
Set and achieve Annual and Monthly Sales Targets.
Set and achieve Annual and Monthly Margin Targets.
Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads.
Proactively manage receivables.
Understanding the client requirements and customizing the product/services as per their needs.
Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients.
Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients.
Motivating team members and being a pillar of support for them and stand by their side at the hours of crisis and be a source of inspiration for team members.
Manage Brand promotion.
Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence.
Set and drives Sales & Profitability Strategies for each category in the Corporate Segment.
Lead a team to high performance.
Core KPI – Drive substantial sales and gross margin growth in the Corporate Segment.
Any other work that may be required by Sales and Marketing Manager.
Expected Salary:-Kshs. 150,000 - 200,000 plus generous company benefits
