HUMAN RESOURCE INTERN

  1. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  2. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  3. Managing the recruitment and selection process
  4. Conducting orientation and training programs.
  5. Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  6. Maintain an up to date employee database.

DIGITAL MARKETING INTERN

  1. Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department 
  2. Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  3. Content creation.
  4. Plan and manage our social media platforms.
  5. Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
  6. Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
  7. Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  8. Improve our corporate image
  9. Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERN

  1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  3. Communicating with customers through various channels.
  4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  5. Vast product knowledge.
  6. Ensure efficiency of the customer service process.
  7. Ensure customer satisfaction through the provision of professional customer support.

TECHNICAL SALES INTERN

  1. Acquire new clients.
  2. Leads all aspects of the sales process.
  3. Sell company products.
  4. Utilize knowledge of business trends, technology, and industry changes to identify areas of opportunity for customer process improvement.
  5. Develop long term customer relationships and achieve customer satisfaction.
  6. Training internal personnel on technical sales activities and execution.
  7. Support internal sales and team learning through creation of sales content.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication skills both oral and written.
  • A positive can-do attitude and a passion for the field of interest.
  • Must be exceptionally self-disciplined and have a very strong work ethic.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a bias to a sense of urgency.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial and ability to sacrifice to deliver excellent results.
  • Personal qualities of integrity, initiative, and commitment to the company’s principles.
