Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
  2. Define most important social media KPIs
  3. Manage and oversee social media content
  4. Measure the success of every social media campaign
  5. Stay upto date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  6. Use social medial marketing tools such as Buffer
  7. Attend educational conferences
  8. Design content which is informative and appealing
  9. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
  10. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  11. Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong net work
  12. Hire and train others in the team
  13. Provide constructive feedback


Job Requirements

Minimum qualification

  • Degree or Diploma Holder
  • Social media strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
  • Excellent knowledge of facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest, Instragram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
  • Critial thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

Experience

  • 2 years as s social Media Specialist or similar role
